Before your session, you may receive brief intake paperwork or questionnaires to help me learn more about you, your baby, your routines, and any specific concerns you’d like support with. This allows our time together to feel more personalized, collaborative, and focused on your family’s needs.
For virtual sessions, you’ll also receive simple instructions for joining the appointment securely online. There is no need to have everything perfectly prepared beforehand. Sessions are designed to fit naturally into real life, including feeding, diaper changes, breaks, and the unpredictability that often comes with pregnancy and caring for a baby.

During virtual sessions, we may discuss challenges you’re experiencing, review routines, observe caregiving tasks or infant interactions when appropriate, and collaborate on practical strategies tailored to your family’s needs. Virtual support can be especially helpful for families adjusting to life with a new baby, balancing busy schedules, or preferring care from the comfort of home.

Home visit sessions are available with many services. They take place in your home environment, allowing support to be tailored directly to your daily routines, caregiving spaces, and real-life challenges. Home visits may include observation, hands-on guidance, environmental recommendations, infant massage instruction, and collaborative problem-solving designed to make daily life feel more manageable and supportive for your family.

Home visits are offered within Tyler, TX at no additional travel cost. For services provided outside of Tyler, a travel fee of $0.50 per mile applies, up to a maximum distance of 50 miles. All fees will be discussed and confirmed prior to services.
