Unique care, tailored to you and your baby

Hands-On Support Services

Infant Massage

This infant massage series includes four‍ ‍45-60 minute sessions, typically spaced out over four weeks, though we can adjust the schedule to best fit your family’s needs. Together, we’ll move through the massage gradually, giving both you and your baby time to become comfortable and confident with each new step.

Each session focuses on different areas of the body and builds on the previous one, allowing the experience to stay gentle and supportive of your baby’s cues and regulation. By the final session, you’ll feel more comfortable incorporating the techniques into a full-body massage routine that fits naturally into your daily life. Sessions are individualized to your baby’s needs and temperament, while still keeping the experience centered on connection.
